You will handle hardware, software, networking, and account issues across macOS-dominant environments, while working with IT Engineering and Security. You’ll contribute to onboarding/offboarding workflows, on-call rotations, and documentation, helping Anthropic scale its employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues via ticketing system, Slack, and in-person.
• Diagnose and fix macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android issues and core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian).
• Support onboarding/offboarding and access management; participate in on-call rotations.
• Write and maintain internal runbooks, guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Spot recurring issues and contribute to automation and improvements.
