Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking a Technical Services Lead to oversee IT services for a not-for-profit organisation. The role covers IT operations, security, and improvements across Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, devices, and telephony.

Qualifications

• Degree/qualification in CS or IT is desirable.
• 2–3 years in IT services or operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and business apps.
• Experience coordinating incidents with external IT service providers.
• Understanding of asset management and software licensing.
• Awareness of cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day IT operations and incident resolution.
• Support and coordinate Microsoft 365, CRM, and telephony services.
• Liaise with external IT service providers and monitor delivery.
• Maintain IT asset records and lifecycle planning.
• Coordinate security assessments and remediation with partners.
• Gather requirements and support new system implementations.
• Develop KPIs and reports on service performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and policies.
• Support cybersecurity awareness and training.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and continuous improvement.
