Job summary

Landmark Technologies Ltd is seeking a Professional Services Technical Lead to drive hands-on delivery for SME clients, owning discovery, design, scoping, implementation and handover of complex projects. The role blends project ownership with technical leadership and growth opportunities for a small team.

The successful candidate will lead Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure migrations and security implementations, while shaping standards and governance. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on customer project delivery with ownership of design/scoping and implementation.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server/Active Directory and hybrid infrastructure foundation.
• Experience implementing cloud, server, network or security projects with Azure knowledge and migration experience.
• Practical networking/firewall knowledge and understanding of SME cybersecurity, backup and BCDR.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on project delivery from discovery to handover, ensuring quality and scope.
• Design and deliver migrations and security implementations (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure).
• Plan and execute Azure server/infrastructure migrations and hybrid modernization projects.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership, coaching and escalation support for a small engineering team.
