Job summary

Uniphar Group in Citywest, County Dublin, seeks a seasoned IT Lead to drive a large digital transformation across ERP, EPOS and O365 workstreams. You will develop ITIL processes, manage vendor relationships, oversee budgets and ensure service excellence across groups.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with architects, monitor KPIs, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget while advancing the division's technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 7+ years IT leadership experience in complex environments.
• Proven ERP & EPOS delivery in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT Lead within a large digital Transformation project consisting of ERP, EPOS and O365 Tenant Consolidation Workstreams
• Develop, implement, and manage ITIL processes to ensure efficient and effective IT service management.
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring optimal service delivery and value for business needs.
• Drive operational excellence by evaluating and improving processes, technologies, and vendor performance.
• Enhance customer service by training staff on software/hardware, troubleshooting, and support.
• Manage incident response and resolution with timely handling of IT-related issues.
