Job summary

You will drive ITIL-aligned service management, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of optimizing IT operations and customer service across a multi-geography organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field required.
• 7+ years in IT leadership or similar role.
• Experience with ERP & EPOS technologies and cross-functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT Lead within large digital transformation projects (ERP, EPOS, O365).
• Develop, implement, and manage ITIL processes for service management.
