Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical or business process documentation (IT/operations/service environments).
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear content.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to capture knowledge through discussions/interviews.
• Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar documentation platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to content creation and maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple documents, prioritize updates, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain clear process documents, step-by-step guides, and standard procedures to support daily IT operations and system upkeep.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to document service expectations and incident learnings.
• Prepare installation and deployment guides for field and support teams.
• Organize and manage the internal knowledge base, ensuring documentation is up to date and easy to find.
• Convert complex ideas into simple documents for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support compliance and audit efforts by documenting policies and controls in a structured format.
• Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and glossary of terms.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate processes.
• Collect user feedback to continuously improve clarity and usability.
• Ensure documentation supports knowledge sharing, onboarding, and service quality.
