Job summary

Emergn is seeking an IT Operations Specialist in Ireland to deliver reliable IT support across a multi-entity organization. You will manage user accounts, assist with provisioning and offboarding, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues while maintaining clear IT documentation.

You will collaborate with external vendors and participate in IT security practices, ensuring secure, efficient IT services. A strong English ability and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, user accounts and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and identity/access management.
• Understanding of IT security and access management principles.
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English skills and good organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees across the Group.
• Manage user account provisioning, access, and offboarding.
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access issues.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, processes, and user guides.
• Support basic network, security, and access administration.
• Liaise with external IT vendors on infrastructure, software, and licensing.
• Help maintain reliable and secure IT services across a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Support broader IT projects and improvements when required.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
