Set2recruit LTD partners with an established Irish MSP to hire an Operations Manager in Dublin. This leadership role oversees day-to-day operations, leads a small team of engineers and analysts, and hands-on delivery to ensure top-tier client service as the business grows.

The successful candidate will build scalable processes, drive performance metrics, and report to the senior leadership team. 10+ years in IT operations, strong people management, and a track record of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in IT operations or service delivery management within a small MSP/IT services business.
• Hands-on, broad operations across a small team rather than large-scale management.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Full right to work in Ireland (essential).
