We're working with an established Irish IT managed services provider, a small, close-knit business of around 20 people, that is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the next phase of its growth. This is a leadership-level role with real influence, reporting directly to the senior leadership team. This is a very fast-paced, hands-on role. In a business of this size there’s no layer of middle management, so you’ll own day-to-day operations end to end, lead a small team of engineers and analysts, and roll your sleeves up when needed. You’ll also build the standardised, scalable processes that will help the business deliver outstanding client service as it grows.
Our client is a well-established managed services provider delivering IT support, cyber security, IT outsourcing and business continuity services to organisations across Ireland. They have built a strong reputation for responsive, high-quality service and enjoy long-standing relationships with their clients. Being a smaller business, everyone has a real impact and decisions are made quickly, so you’ll see the results of your work straight away.
They have a people-first, collaborative culture that values teamwork, ownership, clear communication and a positive attitude, and they’re committed to developing their people through training, mentoring and clear progression.
