IT Managed Services Support Engineer (Level 2/3)

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing Managed Service Provider for an experienced Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join their technical team. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer with proven experience working within an MSP environment, supporting multiple customers across cloud, infrastructure, and networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support remotely and on‑site.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Support and administer Microsoft Azure environments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switching, and routing.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects, including migrations and upgrades.
• Work within SLA and KPI targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong Microsoft Azure administration and support experience.
• Strong networking knowledge covering LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Experience supporting hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper‑V.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Desirable

• Experience with SonicWall or similar firewall platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Exposure to backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Azure certifications such as AZ‑104 or AZ‑305.
