Job summary

Broderick Bros LTD (a JLA Group Company) is seeking an experienced Tech Support Manager to lead IT operations, both on-premise and cloud-based, with a focus on Azure and end-user computing. You will oversee the Dublin site and provide regional coverage across ROI and the UK, coordinating with the wider Tech Team.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, hands-on infrastructure management, and a proactive approach to security, patching, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems administration (on-prem & cloud).
• Experience with Azure cloud environments and IT infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex IT problems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT at the Dublin site.
• Ensure CRM, Service and Finance infrastructure are highly available.
• Maintain Group Cyber Tools (EDR, web filtering, SIEM, email filtering, MDM, patching).
• Monitor and optimise Dublin ROI sites and cloud environments.
• Manage relationships with service providers with regular reviews.
• Patch ROI environments regularly and address vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to cyber posture improvements with the IT team.
• Maintain comprehensive on‑premise and cloud infrastructure documentation.
• Support quarterly system reviews and external audits.
• Provide on-site and remote BAU support across ROI and UK sites.
• Participate in Tech Team meetings and BAU projects.
• Provide remote weekend on-call coverage for BAU issues.
• Identify improvement areas to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
