Job summary

ESB is recruiting graduates to join its IT Graduate Development Programme headquartered in Dublin. The programme offers six distinct career paths, including Project/Programme Management, Agile Business Analysis, Change Management, Test Management, and more, with rotations designed to build IT and business capability.

As part of a bespoke, hybrid working model, you will rotate through structured assignments, receive leadership development, and be supported by a Buddy and a Mentor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in relevant fields.
• Completed a work placement during undergraduate degree or summer period.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations aligned with career paths.
• Engage with stakeholders across IT and business to deliver technology change.
• Support in project management, agile analysis, change management and testing.
• Develop IT and business knowledge through challenging assignments.
