ESB is inviting graduates to join its IT Delivery and CIO functions in Ireland, offering a six-path IT Graduate Development Programme. You’ll gain hands-on experience across rotations, supported by mentoring and buddy systems, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The programme emphasises leadership development, on-the-job learning, and collaboration across cyber and IT teams to protect and enable ESB’s critical operations. Location is Dublin with smart working options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and quick learning.
