Job summary

ESB invites talented graduates to join its IT Graduate Development Programme 2027 in Infrastructure Operations and Application Operations. The role offers structured rotations across cloud, platform, data centre technologies, and enterprise applications, with hands-on learning in a fast-paced IT environment.

You will be part of a diverse team driving ESB's Net Zero 2040 strategy, supported by mentoring, training, and a hybrid working model in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, BIS or related.
• Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
• CV no longer than 2 pages; include degree titles, Masters (if applicable), final year subjects, and project.
• Provide any relevant work experience and a contact telephone number.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience with cloud, platform and data centre technologies.
• Support management, maintenance and continuous improvement of core IT infra services.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver value.
• Contribute to service reliability, incident response and performance optimization.
