The Graduate Development Programme offers structured rotations, learning opportunities and strong mentoring. Based at ESB Head Office with a hybrid working model, you will gain exposure across teams while developing your technical and leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent with IT component.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data, analytics and AI related initiatives across IT delivery and data teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and outcomes.
• Participate in structured rotations and learning activities to develop technical and leadership skills.
