ESB is recruiting graduates for its IT Graduate Development Programme. Join multidisciplinary teams to deliver software and data solutions, while rotating through career paths such as Software Engineer, Front-End/Back-End Developer, Data Engineer, and UX/UI roles.

Qualifications

Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent.
At least 6 months work experience related to the stream you are applying to.
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Work within multidisciplinary product teams to deliver digital and data solutions.
Gain hands-on experience across the full product and software delivery lifecycle.
Contribute to discovery, design, development, testing, deployment and support of digital and data products.
Collaborate with developers, designers, data engineers and stakeholders to create value for customers and the organisation.
Participate in rotations aligned with various IT career paths (e.g., Software Engineer, Front-End/Back-End Developer, Data Engineer).
