ESB is recruiting for the IT Graduate Development Programme 2027 – Digital Delivery & Project Management in Dublin. The programme offers structured rotations across project management, business analysis, change management, testing and more, with a strong emphasis on learning and development.

Graduates will join an established IT delivery function, working on strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, governance and delivery management to support ESB's digital transformation and net-zero

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in Business, IT or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
