Job summary

ESB invites graduates to join its IT Graduate Development Programme 2027 in Dublin. You will work in multidisciplinary product teams to deliver digital and data solutions, gaining hands-on experience across discovery, design, development, testing, deployment and support.

The Software track includes rotations and mentoring within a collaborative, hybrid environment, with emphasis on learning and the delivery of secure, customer-centred solutions supporting ESB’s net-zero goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance or an equivalent course with IT component.
• At least 6 months work experience related to the stream you are applying to.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Completed modules in Computer Science/Software Engineering with core programming knowledge (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
