Job summary

eir business talent is seeking applications for an IT Graduate; this is a long-term day rate contract located in Dublin 2. The role is fully onsite, and is ideal for someone who has completed a 6-month internship in an IT support environment.

Qualifications

• 6-month IT support internship completed as part of course.
• Experience with Windows 10 in a business environment preferred.
• Familiarity with end-user hardware replacement and imaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support onsite in Dublin 2.
• Perform hardware maintenance, imaging and troubleshooting.
• Assist with Windows 10 setup and troubleshooting.
• Support desk moves and data transfers.
• Assist with Office 365 applications and configurations.
• Provide remote client support as needed.
