Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage ROI and NI payrolls for 2000+ employees. The role covers weekly and monthly payrolls, reporting to the payroll team in Ireland. 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

The successful candidate will have ROI payroll experience, excellent communication, and solid numeracy skills, plus knowledge of Kronos or Megapay is advantageous.

• 1–2 years payroll admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Check hours employees have worked.
• Liaise with Store Managers regarding exceptions (paperwork, hours, holidays).
• Process payrolls weekly accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with HR to maintain employee data.
• Calculate holiday pay, sick pay and other statutory payments.
• Process new starters and leavers; review records.
• Answer payroll queries and validate timesheets.
