Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Sales Director for Ireland to own the Irish Higher Education footprint. This hybrid role combines new business hunting with strategic account management, reporting to the Senior VP, EDU, EMEA.

You will defend and deepen relationships with Ireland’s HEIs and drive adoption of Flywire payments and ERP integrations. You will collaborate with Directors of Finance and International Admissions, while building a robust pipeline and leading RFPs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development in Ireland with Higher Education focus.
• ERP/SIS experience with Tribal SITS or Ellucian Banner is a strong advantage.
• Consultative selling through complex cycles with C-level stakeholders.
• Hybrid work capability with autonomy to manage own schedule.
• Must reside in Ireland and work with a distributed UK & Ireland team.

Responsibilities

• New Business & Revenue Growth: hunting and closing net-new opportunities in Ireland's HE sector.
• Drive Platform Utilisation: promote Flywire as primary payment method and push ERP integrations.
• Commercial Strategy: develop a territory plan to meet revenue targets.
• Pipeline Management: manage full sales cycle from discovery to close (Salesforce hygiene essential).
• RFP Leadership: lead tender responses and collaborate with bid teams.
