Job summary

CSC Fund Administration (Ireland) Limited is seeking an accomplished executive to serve as Chief Executive Officer and Country Head of Fund Administration, a PCF-8 role subject to Central Bank of Ireland approval. The appointee will lead the Irish fund administration business, set and execute its strategy, and ensure high standards of client service and operational performance.

This position requires senior leadership, strong regulatory governance, and the ability to partner with regional teams

Qualifications

• Substantial senior leadership experience with executive accountability for commercial, operational, client and control outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of the Irish funds industry, regulatory expectations and legal/operational fund structures.
• Proven track record Originating and converting new business with a strong Irish funds market network.
• Experience in executive client relationship management, revenue growth and cross-selling.
• Experience across alternative investment strategies such as real estate, private equity, private debt.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the strategy for CSC’s Fund Administration business in Ireland, delivering sustainable revenue growth, profitability and market share.
• Translate strategy into an annual business plan with clear financial, client, people, operational and regulatory objectives.
• Build an effective pipeline through CSC’s global network, existing clients, advisers and business partners.
• Strengthen relationships across the Irish funds ecosystem and lead senior-level business development activity.
• Develop CSC’s market profile through thought leadership, targeted media activity and visible participation in relevant industry forums.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to originate, qualify and convert opportunities.
