innocent is seeking a hungry field sales professional in Dublin to win new business with food service and convenience accounts across Dublin & North Leinster.

You will build lasting relationships with customers, ensure in-store promotions and product presentation look their best, and help drive distribution with retailers while representing a fast-growing drinks company.

Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. And that’s where this job comes in.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll report to our Field Sales Manager. You’ll be winning new business by influencing our key food service and convenience accounts in an innocent way in Dublin & North Leinster, while building long lasting relationships with our customers. We want you to help us sell as many drinks as we planned to (and a few more) by finding new customers and securing additional distribution in existing customers. You’ll be required to ensure promotions are implemented at store level and that we always look our best where our products are on sale. It’ll be a real chance to make a difference to our business working together with the people here at Fruit Towers in Dublin as well as our food service and convenience sector partners.

You’ll Have

• Motivation - things move fast at innocent so you’ll need to be able to pick things up pretty quickly
• A passion for selling - you’ll love working with people
• You’ll have to make sure innocent always looks great at the point of purchase
• the ability to communicate well and build relationships with customers
• To be a quick learner, you’ll have bags of initiative and be pro-active at getting things done

• have a full valid driver’s licence as you’ll spend most of your time on the road visiting customers
