Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) to develop Invisalign and iTero sales across the Irish market. This field-based role, based in Leinster, focuses on building relationships with doctors and expanding the portfolio.

You will drive adoption of digital platforms, implement growth plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets while delivering outstanding customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 4-6 years of proven track record in dental/medical sales.
• Dental experience and knowledge of Irish market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish account relationships with current doctors and grow the business by adding new customers.
• Conduct market assessment and research to identify growth opportunities in Ireland.
• Identify and assess potential new customers and accounts.
• Develop and implement doctor and account specific growth plans to support digitization.
• Implement Align digital platform and drive adoption of digital tools across practices.
• Grow portfolio covering Aligners and Intraoral scanners and plan new product launches.
• Support the business and clinical development journey of customers.
• Manage accounts across Ireland and report on performance and market trends.
• Achieve sales objectives with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be a team player and participate in proactive team efforts to achieve goals.
