Job summary

Geely Auto UK is establishing a dedicated national sales presence in Ireland and seeks automotive professionals to build a new retailer network from the ground up. You will engage potential retailers, coordinate onboarding and align with internal teams across sales, aftersales, marketing and operations.

You will drive retailer evaluations, onboarding, and ongoing performance reviews, while maintaining strong relationships with dealer partners and ensuring governance standards for long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience within automotive dealer development, retail operations, network management or related commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of automotive retailer operations and dealer network structures.
• Experience working with retailer groups, franchise operations or network development activities advantageous.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, onboarding or launch activity beneficial.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of dealer business operations.
• Existing relationships within the Irish automotive retail sector advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Ireland retailer network development strategy.
• Identify and engage potential retailer partners aligned to the long-term network plan.
• Support retailer evaluation, selection and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate retailer application, approval and appointment activities with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with retailer contract administration and related network development processes.
• Assist with retailer business case development and operational reviews.
