Job summary

Geely Auto UK is seeking a Head of Network Development for Ireland to lead the retailer network strategy and its execution. The role drives coverage, onboarding, and performance across the Irish market, coordinating with UK and regional teams to ensure alignment with Geely’s growth plans.

The successful candidate will oversee partner identification, negotiations, and operational readiness, fostering a high-performing, commercially focused network in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Significant experience in automotive dealer development or related commercial leadership.
• Strong understanding of dealer network operations and franchise structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Ireland retailer network development strategy.
• Define retailer network coverage and expansion priorities across Ireland.
• Oversee onboarding, launch readiness and operational mobilisation of retailers.
• Monitor network performance, standards and governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams.
