Job summary

Twinings, a leading wellbeing drinks brand, is seeking a Customer Business Manager for Ireland to own the P&L across formats and markets. You will build plans with major grocers, manage distributor partnerships, and drive distribution, listings and promotions.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, data-driven decision making, and deep knowledge of the Irish grocery landscape. You will be pivotal in shaping Twinings' growth trajectory across North and South Ireland, collaborating with

Qualifications

• You're a trader at heart; ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Highly numerate with revenue management instincts.
• Ability to turn data into a persuasive business case.
• Resilient and decisive in negotiation and recovery.
• Strong knowledge of grocery across the island of Ireland.
• Experience managing major accounts such as Dunnes Stores, Tesco, SuperValu, Lidl or Aldi.
• Ideally worked with distributors to maximise partner performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L across all formats including sales, margin and trade investment.
• Build and deliver Joint Business Plans with major grocers.
• Manage distributor partners, set plans and ensure Twinings gets priority.
• Drive growth through distribution, shelf space, listings and promotions.
• Lead negotiations to create long-term value for both sides.
• Own forecasting, identify risks and opportunities early.
• Coordinate with category, supply, marketing and finance to back the plan.
