HedgeServ Corporation is seeking an Investor Services Manager to oversee the investor services process across multiple client relationships. You will supervise a team, ensure timely reporting and accurate settlement, and coordinate with Compliance, NAV and QA departments.

The role requires careful handling of AML/KYC procedures, experience with hedged funds, and strong communication skills to manage complex investor inquiries and audits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business with at least a 2:2 honours.
• Minimum 5 years in hedge fund administration or related field.
• Experience supervising a team and managing multiple clients.

Aufgaben

• Address investor transaction enquiries escalated by Supervisor or Administrator.
• Address AML/KYC documentation issues with Compliance.
• Review Investor Transactions on HedgeInvestor® and Redemption Payment Schedules.
