Job summary

HedgeServ Limited is seeking an Investor Services Manager to lead a team delivering end-to-end investor services for multiple clients. The role requires handling complex AML/KYC issues and coordinating with Compliance, NAV, and QA departments.

You will oversee transaction reviews, reporting accuracy and timeliness, while ensuring high-level client satisfaction and continuous process improvements. The position supports hybrid remote working and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree with minimum 2.2 honours.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hedge fund administration, at least 3 years at Supervisor level, ability to manage up to 8 staff.

Responsibilities

• Address investor transaction enquiries escalated by supervisor or administrator.
• Review and oversee investor transactions and redemption schedules.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely, accurate investor reporting.
