Job summary

HS Financial Technologies seeks an Investor Services Manager to oversee end-to-end investor services for diverse clients. You will supervise a team of up to eight and coordinate with Compliance, NAV and QA to ensure accurate reporting and timely responses to complex inquiries.

Responsibilities include reviewing transactions, reconciliations, and redemption schedules, while driving process improvements and ensuring adherence to guidelines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Accounting/finance/business degree with minimum 2.2 honours.
• 5+ years in hedge fund administration, at least 3 years in a Supervisory role.
• IT literacy with strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Address investor transaction enquiries escalated by Supervisor or Administrator.
• Address aged items on TA bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle AML/KYC documentation issues with Compliance/MLRO as needed.
• Review Investor Transactions on HedgeInvestor® (HSFT system).
• Review Redemption Payment Schedules and wire payments.
• Ensure investor reporting is accurate and timely per client expectations.
• Lead with client interactions and complex queries.
• Identify process improvements and discuss with Director.
• Maintain relationships with NAV, QA, and Compliance teams.
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance reviews for Investor Services team (up to 8).
• Review documentation during onboarding of new clients.
