Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services (Ireland) Limited is a hedge fund administration specialist based at City Quay in the IFSC. The Investor Services Analyst role supports the group, handling fund subscriptions, NAV postings, and client inquiries with a flexible hybrid schedule.

The role requires accuracy, organization, and strong communication to deliver month-end reporting and maintain relationships with investors and managers across funds.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate and 3rd Level Qualification.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Processing and confirming subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transfers.
• Processing payments and other transactions.
• Applying NAV to investor capital activity for daily/weekly/monthly funds.
• Completing audit requests for investor accounts.
• Responding to investor and client queries via email and phone.
• Act as primary contact for client and investor queries and host client service calls.
