Responsibilities

• Process and confirm subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transfers.
• Process payments and other transactions as required.
• Apply NAV to investor capital activity for daily/weekly/monthly funds.
• Respond to investor and client queries via email and phone.
• Maintain investor registers and assist with audit requests.
