Job summary

U.S. Bank, Dublin, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a team handling accounting, administration and investor servicing for hedge funds and related products. You will calculate NAVs, manage fund accounting across relationships, and prepare statements and schedules with GAAP-compliant processes.

The role requires 2–5 years in portfolio accounting and a strong background in accounting, reporting and analysis. A hybrid schedule with in-office presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2-5 years in portfolio/partnership accounting.
• Strong accounting, reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Calculate net asset value and report to investment advisor and investors.
• Act as primary fund accountant for multiple relationships.
• Record trade data, income/expense activity, and securities valuation.
• Enter and reconcile investor contributions and withdrawals.
• Prepare fund financial statements, audits and tax schedules.
