Job summary

Citco in Dublin seeks a Vice President to lead Investor Relations teams, overseeing client relationship management and reporting. You will coach, develop and provide direction to IR staff while ensuring timely deliverables and robust controls.

The role requires a strong track record in investor relations within hedge funds, plus hands-on experience managing large teams and delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics or comparable Investor relations experience.
• 5–7 years’ Hedge Fund industry experience, preferably in Investor Relations or Client Service with some accounting exposure.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a large group.

Responsibilities

• Lead to one or more Investor Relations teams, overseeing client relationship management, team management and reporting.
• Coach and develop IR teams; create an environment that motivates and supports the group.
• Review KPIs and risk indicators; ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external clients.
• Coordinate projects end-to-end; drive process improvements and control reviews within IR.
