Job summary

Apex Group in Ireland is seeking an Investor Oversight Services Analyst to monitor the day-to-day fund operations for Irish domiciled funds, including oversight of third party administrators, depositaries and investment managers.

You will oversee Transfer Agents to ensure service levels, handle investor enquiries and assist with monthly management reporting and regulatory checks, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative, organisational and business support skills.
• Strong communication skills with experience managing multiple relationships.
• Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.
• Proactive and able to work independently, but also with your team.
• Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 1+ years financial services experience, preferably with exposure to the fund industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delegated Transfer Agents to deliver top class service levels via supervision of service delivery through the ongoing compliance with SLAs, timely and accurate reporting including appropriate KPIs and periodic service review calls and onsite review meetings.
• Day to day oversight of the Administrator's activities in processing investor dealings and resolving investor enquiries.
• Assist in the reviewing the Administrator's calculations of all investor dealing related fees including; entry and exit costs.
• Assisting in the oversight of the preparation and issuance of all investor related communications including, KI(I)Ds, and fund supplements.
• Managing 3rd party service providers such as KI(I)D providers and data vendors.
• Assist with the completion and distribution of scheduled third party static data files.
• Assist clients with new fund/class launches, applying for security IDs.
• Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting, including Management Company and Board reports.
• Prepare and perform monthly oversight and regulatory checks, including Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), Ongoing charges and SRRI/SRI reviews.
• Assisting the business development team on ad hoc projects related to transfer agency issues.
• Demonstrate ownership, understanding, ongoing management and a client service excellence mentality in all that you do.
