• ~12+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership across distributed systems.
• Proven success designing and scaling cloud-based platforms, AWS experience preferred.
• Expertise in object-oriented languages (Python, Java, C++) and React familiarity.
• Strong database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL), with data modeling and caching experience.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools in the developer workflow.
• Effective communicator connecting technical vision to business goals.
• Experienced mentor elevating the skills and judgment of others.
• Curious about finance and investment technology, strategic and results-driven.
