Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Principal Software Engineer in Dublin to join a fast-growing FinTech at a pivotal stage. You will own an expanding engineering function focused on investment software, combining hands-on development with technical strategy and leadership to drive the product forward.

As the first Principal Engineer in Dublin, you’ll shape the team’s direction, define the technical roadmap and oversee architecture and delivery of mission-critical software used across the investment

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with .NET / C#.
• Deep understanding of Fund Accounting or Investment Management.
• Experience within investment funds, asset management or financial services.
• Strong balance of technical depth, leadership and investment domain knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead or manage engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an already high-performing engineering team.
• Take ownership of technical strategy, architecture and engineering delivery.
• Help define the future roadmap of the investment software product.
• Drive delivery as the first Principal Engineer in Dublin.
