Marsh Ireland is looking for a proactive Sales Support professional to assist the Irish Sales Leader. You will create top-quality presentations, draft client materials, maintain CRM hygiene and help drive sales activity through internal and external channels.

You will coordinate with investment, legal, operations and product teams, assist with client meetings and events, and perform targeted research to support the sales pipeline.

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

• Comfortable working with colleagues across functions and levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsabilités

• Produce and update high-quality PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks and materials
• Draft and proofread executive summaries, proposals and agendas
• Support the sales pipeline: update CRM records and track opportunities
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to prepare pitches and RFP responses
• Support prospect meetings and events (in-person and virtual)
• Assist with event planning and lead generation activities
• Carry out targeted research and prepare briefing notes
• Manage projects and ad-hoc business development tasks
