Waystone seeks a Senior Associate to join our fund management team in Ireland. You will review fund-related reports, track market developments, and analyse investment performance for UCITS and AIFMD funds.

The role includes drafting materials for the Investment Oversight Committee and preparing commentary for Fund Boards. You will engage with Investment Managers, monitor ESG/SFDR reporting, and evaluate new fund proposals while maintaining rigorous research and high attention to detail.

Competenze

• 2+ years in fund management/asset management.
• Experience analysing investment performance for a Management Company (UCITS/AIFMD).
• Familiarity with CP86, UCITS & AIFs, European fund regulations desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Power BI, R or Python is beneficial.
• Strong written and oral communication; clear analysis.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Review fund-related reports from Investment Managers, Administrators and Depositaries.
• Track market developments to understand implications for Waystone UCITS and AIFMD fund ranges.
• Analyse investment performance of Waystone client portfolios for the Management Company (UCITS and AIFMD).
• Draft documentation for monthly review by Waystone Investment Oversight Committee.
• Participate in regular calls with world-leading Investment Managers.
• Prepare investment commentary for Fund Boards.
• Monitor and manage ESG/SFDR reporting by funds.
• Evaluate new fund proposals and highlight key factors for approval.
• Undertake research across investment fund topics as requested by Senior Management.
