Job summary

Waystone in Ireland is seeking a Senior Associate within the Regulatory Reporting COE to support client regulatory filings and market data tasks. You will work with the Director and Managers across the Global COE to ensure accurate, timely submissions for Management Company and external clients, and assist on integration projects following recent acquisitions.

The role emphasizes detailed Excel work, knowledge of regulatory filings such as AIFMD, UCITS, Form PF, and collaboration across time

Qualifications

• Minimum 3rd level degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• 4–5 years in risk/regulatory/fund accounting within financial services preferred.
• Experience with regulatory filings (AIFMD, UCITS, Form PF, etc.) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preprocess holdings data and enrich security attributes.
• Assist in regulatory filings (Annex IV, Form PF, CPO) for multiple clients.
• Produce or review KPI reports and MI packs for internal and senior management.
• Participate in client servicing through timely and accurate reporting.
