Job summary

Waystone in Ireland seeks an AVP to oversee Private Credit Fund Accounting services, acting as a subject matter expert and mentor. You will ensure timely NAV calculations, GL maintenance and regulatory compliance across portfolios.

The role requires leading complex fund structures, coordinating with auditors and stakeholders, and driving improvements in processes and controls within a global asset-servicing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in Fund Administration, specializing in Private Credit.
• Experience reviewing complex fund structures and leading client relationships.
• Experience developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes and NAV calculations.
• Review fund documents to ensure proper accounting and reporting obligations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with fund managers, auditors and stakeholders.
• Assist management with ad hoc projects and process improvements.
• Serve as SME for FIS VPM and related fund accounting processes.
