Job summary

Carbery Group is seeking an Inventory Stores Co-Ordinator in Ballineen, Cork to manage all aspects of spare parts inventory across the site. The role handles ordering, receiving and stocking to support plant operations, with a focus on PEMAC and AX ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience and knowledge of ERP/inventory systems, with a preference for understanding electrical and mechanical spare parts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment would be beneficial.
• Prior knowledge of ERP/Inventory systems advantageous.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical spare parts would be favourable.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage inventory of spare parts and consumables across the site.
• Create and issue Purchase Orders in PEMAC to suppliers and manage deliveries.
• Receive deliveries and perform stock checks against Purchase Orders in PEMAC.
• Manage stock levels of PPE and consumables across satellite locations.
• Place Purchase Orders and coordinate deliveries of bulk chemicals, PPE and raw materials on AX site ERP.
• Ensure accurate pricing and stock levels and follow up with suppliers on delivery dates.
