Job summary

Carbery Group is seeking an Engineering Stores role to manage inventory, order materials, receive and stock spare parts across the plant. You will use PEMAC and AX ERP systems, operate forklifts, and coordinate deliveries with suppliers. Previous warehouse experience preferred.

This role offers a structured schedule with rotating start times and overtime on Saturdays, with a friendly, safety-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklift and manage spare parts in Dry Goods Store.
• Issue spare parts to craftsmen as needed.
• Stock-check spare parts to ensure adequate production support.
• Verify deliveries match Purchase orders in PEMAC.
• Receive deliveries in PEMAC inventory system.
• Stock PPE/consumables across satellite locations.
• Create purchase orders in PEMAC and issue to suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers to meet delivery dates.
• Place orders for bulk chemicals, PPE, and raw materials in AX and maintain pricing.
