Job summary

Jabil is recruiting an experienced Inventory Analyst to monitor inventory levels, traceability, and root-cause analysis of discrepancies within the Inventory Control Team in Ireland. The role emphasizes ownership of material transactions and continuous improvement of accuracy and processes.

The candidate should have 2-3 years in a similar role, strong Excel skills, and experience with MRP/ERP systems, including SAP, to support lean manufacturing operations and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Inventory Analyst or similar role in Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP and manufacturing, BOMs, product lifecycle management, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all material transactions for assigned area(s).
• Identify, resolve, and find root causes of discrepancies and other inventory errors.
• Recommend changes to eliminate future inaccuracies.
• Assist with material handling and cover for other Inventory Control personnel as required.
• Reduce manufacturing downtime in the assigned area.
• Perform regular component cycle counts as required.
• Report inventory transactions on customer systems when required.
• Support development and implementation of materials management systems.
