Barden | B Corp in Dublin is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead the group tax function and shape its expansion strategy. You will provide leadership on M&A, structuring, and strategic tax initiatives, working with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and the deal team to align tax with commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong international tax experience, with M&A and tax structuring at the core.
• Commercial, pragmatic, and comfortable working with autonomy.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders across the wider business.

Responsabilités

• Advise on M&A activities from target evaluation and due diligence through to post-deal integration.
• Design and implement tax-efficient acquisition and financing structures.
• Advise on strategic projects, including transfer pricing, tax audits, and supply chain initiatives.
• Own cash tax and effective tax rate forecasting, tax reporting, and compliance oversight.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on commercial decisions across the business.
