Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Dublin is seeking a senior tax manager to lead the aviation leasing tax team, advising on cross-border and complex advisory projects.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, mentor trainees and seniors, and collaborate with partners to deliver high-value tax solutions for international lessors and financiers. A strong background in Irish and international corporate tax is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Irish and international corporate tax.
• Strong understanding of aircraft leasing structures and aviation financing.
• Proven ability to lead complex advisory projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality tax advisory services to aircraft leasing clients, including cross-border transactions.
• Research and deliver clear, practical technical tax advice on advisory projects.
• Support clients on aircraft acquisitions, disposals, securitisations, and refinancing transactions
• Oversee tax due diligence and transaction structuring for aviation M&A activity
• Manage Revenue interventions and tax authority engagements where required
• Manage relationships with clients and Revenue, ensuring excellent service across advisory and compliance.
• Work closely with Partners and the wider team to deliver client work and support the growth of the practice
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of trainees and seniors, working closely with the corporation tax compliance team where required.
