Barden is partnering with an aircraft leasing group in Dublin to appoint a Senior Tax Associate. You will manage corporate tax, VAT and transfer pricing across multiple jurisdictions and advise on global transactions including leasing, acquisitions and sales.

You will lead tax audits, work with authorities and external advisors, support tax planning with senior leadership, and drive process improvements and automation while keeping up with legislative changes.

Barden is delighted to be working with an aircraft leasing group as they look to hire a Senior Tax Associate in Dublin. The group is growing significantly, and this appointment has been created to support the opportunities that growth is bringing.

A broad international tax role with exposure to tax compliance, advising on transactions, and driving tax strategy across jurisdictions.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Professional tax and accounting qualifications, ideally CTA and ACA at senior associate /early manager level
• Knowledge of international tax, ideally in aviation leasing.
• Highly collaborative individual and self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
