Job summary

Barden is partnering with an aircraft leasing group in Dublin to appoint a Senior Tax Associate. You will manage corporate tax, VAT and transfer pricing across multiple jurisdictions and advise on global transactions including leasing, acquisitions and sales.

You will lead tax audits, work with authorities and external advisors, support tax planning with senior leadership, and drive process improvements and automation while keeping up with legislative changes.

Qualifications

• Manage corporate tax, VAT, and transfer pricing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise on global transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and sales.
• Lead tax audits and work with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Support tax planning alongside senior leadership and external advisors.
• Improve processes and introduce automation across the tax function.
• Keep up with legislative change and keep internal tax guidance current.
