Job summary

The People Group in Dublin seeks an experienced Tax Partner to lead and grow its tax advisory practice. You will provide strategic tax advice to corporate, private and owner-managed clients, drive growth, and work with partners on the firm’s strategic direction.

Role requires leading the tax function, managing key client relationships, and delivering high-quality advice in line with professional standards while expanding service offerings.

Qualifications

• CTA or ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Significant experience at Director or Partner level in a professional services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across corporate tax, income tax, capital taxes, and tax planning.
• Proven business development and client relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic tax advice to a diverse client portfolio (corporate, private, owner-managed).
• Lead and develop the firm’s tax function and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network to generate new business.
• Lead, mentor and develop tax teams and oversee complex assignments.
• Ensure compliance with tax legislation and professional standards.
