Job summary

Meraki Talent is seeking an experienced International Tax Director in Dublin to lead the international tax practice. You will advise multinational organisations on complex cross-border matters, manage key client relationships and help grow the practice.

The role requires deep technical expertise combined with commercial insight to deliver practical tax solutions. You will also play a pivotal role in growing and developing the team, strengthening the firm’s market presence, and shaping the future

Qualifications

Significant international tax experience, ideally in Big Four or leading services environment.
Track record advising multinational businesses on cross-border tax matters.
Strong knowledge of Irish corporate tax and evolving global tax landscape.

Responsibilities

Lead international tax engagements for multinational groups and advise on cross-border structuring and planning.
Manage senior client relationships, acting as trusted adviser to CFOs and tax directors.
Oversee international tax advisory projects including structuring, holding companies and cross-border transactions.
Advise on OECD Pillar Two, BEPS, transfer pricing and related Irish/international tax developments.
Drive business development and expand client relationships in the international tax market.
Lead and develop high-performing teams and foster a collaborative, commercial culture.
Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver coordinated tax advice.
